RETURN PROCEDURE:
*The customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, without giving any reason, as and from the receipt of the order confirmation sent by I RIGHI SRL, within and not later than 14 days from the receipt of the product at the address indicated for delivery.
Full proof of receipt of the goods is the date shown on the shipment tracking document/code.
*To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform I RIGHI SRL by explicit notice to be sent to arovescio@arovescio.com.
*To this end, the customer may use the standard withdrawal form to be sent by the seller. The communication must include the recipient's details, the order number and the date of receipt. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, the customer must send the notice of its intention to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days.
*If the product has already been delivered, the customer must return it to I RIGHI SRL without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which the customer notified its intention to withdraw.
The product shall be deemed returned upon its delivery to the post office and/or courier. The customer shall be liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from any handling of the goods to an extent other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. If the product has been delivered, the substantial integrity of the product being returned and its original packaging shall be an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.
- RETURN MODES:
RETURN FOR REFUND:
if the purchased product does not satisfy the customer, the customer may request a return for refund.
RETURN FOR CHANGE:
product return may be requested to change size and/or colour. The product may not be returned to exchange it with a different item. In both cases, return authorisation must be requested by email within 14 days.
- HOW TO RETURN THE GOODS:
The Right of Withdrawal - in addition to compliance with the terms and procedures described above – shall be deemed to have been exercised correctly if the following conditions are also fully complied with:
1. by sending a return notice by email or other explicit declaration of decision to withdraw from the contract. These must be correctly completed and sent to the Seller within 14 days of receipt of the products;
2. the products must not have been used, worn, washed;
3. the identification tag must still be attached to the products with the seal of warranty constituting an integral part of the goods;
4. the products must be returned in their original packaging;
5. the returned products must be handed over to the forwarding agent within 14 days starting from when the Seller was informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract; 6. the products must not be damaged;
7. the customer must return the product properly packaged.
The customer must place a copy of the delivery document received inside the packaging box.
The costs of returning the goods to I RIGHI SRL are to the charge of the customer.
The transport risks for the return of the products shall be fully borne by the customer.
- REFUND PROCEDURE AND TIMES:
*After the products have been returned, the Seller shall check their conformity. If the products are compliant, the Seller will send confirmation of acceptance of the returned products by email.
If the products are non-compliant, the Seller will send, by email, notice of the existence of a decrease in the value of the returned products, resulting from failure to comply with the conditions of withdrawal. At the same time, the Seller will also notify the amount to be deducted from the amounts paid for the purchase of the returned products, without prejudice, alternatively, to the possibility of re-obtaining, at the Customer’s expense, the products in the condition in which they were returned to the Seller.
*If the customer requests withdrawal from this contract, all the payments made to I RIGHI SRL will be refunded, excluding carriage costs, which are to the customer’s charge, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day of receipt of the customer's communication relating to the option to withdraw.
*The refund will be made within 14 days from the date on which I RIGHI SRL received the returned product in its warehouse in accordance with the above. Refund times may vary from 3 to 10 days.
*In case of orders paid by credit card, the amount will be reversed from our systems and made available again on the customer’s statement of account according to the timeframe provided by the bank that issued the card (usually the following month).
*In case of orders paid by Paypal, the refund will be made directly to the customer’s Paypal account.
FACE MASKS: ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
*The face masks on sale are not medical devices nor PPEs; they can be produced in accordance with article 16, paragraph 2, of L.D. 18/2020. They cannot be used in hospitals or care environments. When wearing them, the precautionary rules on social distancing and others introduced to deal with the COVID-19 emergency must still be observed.
*The face masks are excluded from the exercising of the right of withdrawal as they cannot be returned for hygiene and health protection reasons: these accessories come into direct contact with parts of the body (face, hands) for which I RIGHI SRL establishes that, once sent, they can no longer be sold again.
