RETURN PROCEDURE
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase, without providing any reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product at the delivery address indicated. The delivery date shown in the shipment tracking shall constitute full proof of receipt of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform G.A. Lab S.r.l. by means of an explicit statement to be sent to shop@arovescio.com.
The communication must include the recipient’s details, the order number, and the date of receipt of the goods.
If the return request is accepted, the customer must ship the goods to be returned, independently and under their own responsibility, to the registered office of G.A. Lab S.r.l. at the following address:

The shipment must be made within a further 14 days from the date of the return request email.
Return shipping costs and transport risks are borne entirely by the customer.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING THE GOODS
In addition to complying with the time limits and procedures described above, the right of withdrawal shall be deemed correctly exercised only if all of the following conditions are fully met:

the items must not be damaged;

the items must not have been used, worn, or washed;

each item must be returned complete with all accessories (tags, labels, composition labels), original packaging, and any promotional vouchers received with the order.
This policy is drawn up in accordance with Article 64 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
REFUND PROCEDURE
Once the returned products have been received, G.A. Lab S.r.l. will carry out the necessary checks to verify their conformity with the return conditions.
If the inspection is not successful, G.A. Lab S.r.l. will notify you by email of any reduction in value of the returned products resulting from non-compliance with the withdrawal conditions, and of the amount that will be deducted from the refund due.
Alternatively, you may request that the products be returned to you at your own expense, in the condition in which they were received.
If the inspection is successful, G.A. Lab S.r.l. will send you an email confirming acceptance of the returned products.
The actual time required for the refund to be credited to your payment method may vary and generally ranges between 3 and 10 days.
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be reversed through our systems and will appear on your statement according to the timelines of the issuing bank (generally within the following month).
For orders paid via PayPal, the refund will be credited directly to your PayPal account.
