RETURN PROCEDURE:
The customer has the right to withdraw, without providing any reason, within 14 days from the receipt of the product at the delivery address provided. The tracking date of the shipment shall be considered full proof of receipt of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform G.A. LAB through an explicit statement sent to shop@arovescio.com. The communication must include the recipient’s details, the order number, and the date of receipt.
If the request is accepted, the customer must ship the goods to be returned to the premises of G.A. Lab S.r.l., independently and at their own risk, at the following address: Via dei Maniscalchi 22, 41012 Carpi (MO), Italy, within 14 days from the date of the email confirming the return request. Shipping costs and transportation risks are the responsibility of the customer.
PRODUCT RETURN REQUIREMENTS:
The right of withdrawal, in addition to complying with the terms and procedures described above, is considered correctly exercised only if the following conditions are fully met:
- Items must not be damaged;
- Items must not have been used, worn, or washed;
- Each item must be returned complete with all accessories (tags, labels, composition labels), packaging, and any discount vouchers received with the order.
This regulation is drawn up in accordance with Article 64 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
REFUND PROCEDURE:
After the return of the products, G.A. Lab S.r.l. will carry out the necessary checks to verify their compliance.
If the checks are not positive, G.A. Lab will notify you by e-mail of any decrease in the value of the returned products, resulting from failure to comply with the return conditions, and the amount that will be deducted from the refund. Alternatively, you may request the return of the products at your own expense, in the condition in which they were received.
If the checks are positive, G.A. Lab S.r.l. will send you an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the returned products. The actual time for the refund to appear on your payment method may vary, generally between 3 and 10 days.
For orders paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded through our system and made available on your account according to the timing set by your issuing bank (usually within the following month). For orders paid via PayPal, the refund will be credited directly to your PayPal account.
