Shipping and returns

Delivery

*Deliveries will be entrusted to the express courier TNT, who will make deliveries from Monday to Friday during office hours.

*The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer. 

*Delivery times are approximately 1/2 days for Italy and 2/3 days in the countries of the European Union.

* Purchase requests from countries not included in those displayed on the splash page cannot be accepted by the Vendor.

*You will receive a confirmation email containing the Tracking Number to follow the status of your order and to find out the delivery times directly on the courier's website.

*In the event that the carrier has been chosen by you outside of those proposed at the time of purchase, the risk of damage and loss of the Products is transferred to you at the time of delivery to the carrier, precluding any dispute regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered. In this case, any dispute must be made directly by you against the carrier.

*The delivery document issued by the carrier, dated and signed by the customer upon delivery of the product, will constitute proof of transport and release of the goods.

*Upon delivery, the customer must check the contents, conformity and condition of the product(s). Therefore, upon delivery, I RIGHI SRL recommends that the customer proceed to check the condition of the delivered package, before signing the receipt document.

The company I RIGHI SRL:

·        undertakes to deliver the products to the address communicated by the customer in the purchase order, through the carrier in charge of transporting them

·        cannot be held responsible for errors in delivery due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the compilation of the purchase order by the customer. 

·        it cannot also be held responsible for any damage that may occur to the products after delivery to the carrier in charge of transporting them as well as for delays in delivery attributable to the latter.

If any anomalies are detected, the customer must refuse delivery of the products or write down his detailed and dated reservations. Such reservations must be confirmed to I RIGHI SRL by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt within three (3) working days following the delivery of the products, or by e-mail arovescio@arovescio.com.

Collection of products in case of customer absence

If the recipient is absent during delivery, the carrier will leave a delivery note at the delivery address indicated by the customer. In the event of the absence of the recipient even at the second delivery attempt, the products must be collected at the address and according to the methods indicated by the carrier.

In the event of failure to collect them within the deadline established by the carrier, the products will be returned to I RIGHI SRL which reserves the right to refund the price of the products, leaving the costs of shipping, storage and return to be borne by the customer.
